Send an email to support@crowdline.co with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your Crowdline account.
Include your full name and the email address used to sign in. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email.
Upon confirmed deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
Order records (items purchased, amounts, pickup codes) are retained for up to 7 yearsto comply with financial and tax record-keeping requirements. These records are anonymized—your name and email are removed from them once your account is deleted.
Crash and diagnostic data collected via Sentry is subject to Sentry's 90-day retention policy and is purged automatically.
