These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crowdline Companion mobile app and app.crowdline.co (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Crowdline (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service allows fans at live events to browse and purchase merchandise using an event code provided at the venue. You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes. All sales are processed through our payment providers (Stripe or Helcim). Your payment details are entered directly into the payment provider's secure form and are never stored by Crowdline.
Orders are fulfilled on-site at the event venue. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters the fulfillment queue. Refunds or cancellations are subject to the event organiser's policy. Contact support@crowdline.co for order issues.
A per-order transaction fee may apply and will always be shown as a discrete line item on the checkout page and your receipt before you confirm payment. The fee may vary by event or venue, and Crowdline may change the fee schedule from time to time at our discretion. The fee in effect at the moment you place your order is the fee charged for that order; later changes do not retroactively modify completed orders.
You may opt in to receive SMS order status notifications at checkout by providing your mobile phone number. By opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Crowdline regarding your order. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on order activity.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. To request help, reply HELP. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are owned by Crowdline or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crowdline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost orders, payment disputes, or event cancellations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
